Great Kingshill Village Hall offers simple Online Booking and Keyless Entry

Occasional Bookings*

To see if your time slot is available check the calendar and make a booking request. Book Here

All bookings must be made at least seven days in advance.

Your booking should include all set-up and clean up time.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will have 48 hours to process payment in full via bank transfer. Failure to do this will automatically cancel your booking.

For all bookings we require £100 good condition deposit, this will be returned after your booking (within 30 days), if the hall is left in the condition it was found in according to our Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so is subject to deductions being made from the good condition deposit. See full T&Cs for more details.

*Occasional bookings are typically defined as those occurring less than ten times a year

Hire Rates

Our hall is hired out as a whole venue with access to the kitchen and toilets.

£ 10/hour (Registered charities/charitable events**)
